Hi, im posting for my gf. Shes 23 about 5'2" - 5'3", around 110 i would say (thats a guess) im not good with that type of stuff, and she has a pretty great body in my eyes. Shes looking to tone up, preferably her glutes. Shes pretty good with a cardio regimine, but i think shes looking to get a light weight program involved. I guess if someone can suggest a mon-fri workout and/or a website where i could find one, that would be great. Thanks in advance
