I think i might of pulled a muscle today.... I was doing a warm up set on squats with like 225... I stretched really well before. On the first rep i felt a sharp pain in my ass/lower back. i could barely get the weight up. Now i cant stand up straight without the pain takin the breath out of me.... I have to walk around bent over... Is it a pulled muscle or something worse... It is on the right side of my tail bone and running up my back and down my right leg a little.... I also have some form i cant remember of back degerneration or something like that in my family....
Anyone have this happen... im a little freaked out because my mom just had her 5th back surgery....
