Do I get to brag just a little?
Hey guys,
I stepped on my scale this morning and hit a small milestone for myself. On Jan 1 I weighed 306. Today I weigh 291. That's 15 pounds and if I believe my electronic bodyfat scale, 14.2 pounds of it is fat. I just feel like telling people.
My program:
Lifting (hard!!!) Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri
30 minutes on the treadmill Mon - Fri
Only carbs (if any) are high fiber
Xenadrine 2 days on, 1 day off
I just got tired of being a fat slob. I still have a LONG way to go but it feels good to feel some muscle under my fat.

My hat's off to you dude, well done.
I just hate when overweight people say they can't loose weight, if you apply yourself it can be done.
Just imagine how you will look in 6 months if you keep it up!
Keep dude!

Keep it up man. Set some goals and have fun!
I'm taking Xenadrine too. It's by far the best ECA I have used but you may wanna take it every day. It's a common myth that its effectiveness 'wears off' if you take it for a prolonged number of days. Check out this site:
http://www.drumlib.com/dp/000006B.htm
I was cycling them too but from what I understand by talking to my doctor and reading a few articles cycling ECA is pointless. It's not Clen and doesn't need to be treated as such. I've gotten much better results taking them 6 on 1 off than when going 3 on 1 off.

I am the '6 months down the road'. Literally.
Made a life decsion in September that I was just tired of being a ton-o-fun. Started lifting and cardio every day and have gone from 350+ to a lean 265ish. Waist went from a 58 to a 42. I've still got about 60 pounds to lose but I'm well on my way. You are doing the right thing. Hard lifting, lots of cardio, a good diet, and ECA! Xennie should have the fat melting away!
It's worth it man. I GUARANTEE that 6 months from now you will feel so much better about yourself and life in general.
This board has also been a great tool for me to get motivation and tips on diet and exercise. Buncha great people on here that will help you through it bro'.
Keep it up and don't lose sight of your goals!

The bottle of Xenadrine says to take it twice a day, which I have been. Other ECA products I've seen suggest taking it three times a day. Will I get better results if I take Xenadrine 3 times?

Not sure. I don't think my body can handle Xennie three times a day. I've been taking ECA in one form or another for about 6 months now and if I take the recommended dosages too close together (say I take first two at 7AM then my second two at noon) I turn into fast talking, jittery, shakey man.
Taking them three times a day would prolly not be a good idea. I'd ask around more and see to make sure before I started doing that.

Good for you man!
I know where you're coming from up until I was thirteen I was always overweight, and then my doctor told me I had to start working out or I'd have heart problems. I weighed 240 lbs. when I was 13 and in sevnth grade and was 6'0 but I was mostly fat. It took me a good year or maybe a little longer, but I got down to around 185 lbs. Now I'm almost 21 and I'm entering a bodybuilding show in June and I weigh like 235 lbs. and 6'3, but I'm mostly muscle. So, just keep eating right, working out, and listening to your trainer(if you have one) and you'll see the weight go away in time, and then you'll feel better about yourself and it will change your whole life. I wish all the best in luck man.
And you can brag if you want, no matter what anyone else says.

Fantastic start. I started where you are now (I was at 280), dropped all the way down to 169 and have now buily up to 190 (the 21 lbs is all muscle). Didn'tt know how far I could go and my initial goal was to lose 10 lbls. After I saw that I could succees I continued.
Stick with it!

Way to go man...
Always seems like the hardest part about achieving any goal is having the strength to follow through and believe you can do it. Right now you have the proof... stick with it

Thanks everyone.
I've been working out like a Mother F'er lately but haven't been paying too much attention to my diet. I'm currently at 283. BUT ... my girl just booked us a house in the Florida Keys for the first week in September. Talk about motivation! I have 4 months and I am going to be taking my shirt off on that beach!!!
