Hey guys,
I stepped on my scale this morning and hit a small milestone for myself. On Jan 1 I weighed 306. Today I weigh 291. That's 15 pounds and if I believe my electronic bodyfat scale, 14.2 pounds of it is fat. I just feel like telling people.![]()
My program:
Lifting (hard!!!) Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri
30 minutes on the treadmill Mon - Fri
Only carbs (if any) are high fiber
Xenadrine 2 days on, 1 day off
I just got tired of being a fat slob. I still have a LONG way to go but it feels good to feel some muscle under my fat.
