would using the doggcrapp method be effective while cutting?
i am starting to cut, diet is in check, cardio in check-i was just wondering if anyone has used the DC training protocol while cutting? or do you think it would be effective? any input would be great-thanks

DC is extremely intense, especially if youre not on cycle. Its more of a mass builder.

it says right in the guide lines that he sticks w/ that method all year round not matter what he is doing

I have been training with DC for the last 7 months and now I am prepping for a show and still using the program as I did when I stated, I still am gaining strength and beating the log book and I will continue to do that til the kcals are cut even more than I will go to straight sets...
