I am a complete workout addict. Of course I take scheduled time off during my workout regimen... 2 days on 1 day off etc.. but right now I am out of state visiting a friend and I wont be able to workout for 5 days straight. Is this actually a good thing? Will my body benefit from this much rest? Im still taking my AAS, but it is very hard for me to miss so many days in a row. Any input would be appreciated.![]()
