What do u think?
What do you all think about this workout:
Monday - Bench(4x5) heavy
Tuesday - Squat(4x5) heavy
Wednesday - Olympic Lift
Thursday - Bench(4x10) Light
Friday - Squat (4x10) Light
What do you all think? Need to find a workout to do for about 4 weeks.

If you are only going to run it for 4 weeks (28 days) I would work it like this:
Day 1 - Bench(4x5) heavy
Day 2 - Squat(4x5) heavy
Day 3 - Rest
Day 4 - Olympic Lift
The you have 7 cycles, asuming no missed workouts.
