hey, anyone know any good websites or have any links for finding a good routine? i've just got back to the gym after living in the sticks and having to lift at home with minimal equipment and results, and to be honest i felt lost. if anyone knows of any links or websites or routines that i can check out i'd be in your debt! i've already searched the forums before any gets upset!! i've tried my research out, and checked some sites but if anyone who's been in "the game" for a while can help i'd love it!!
