    Going to have surgery

This is a steroid question and a muscle type question. So I figured I would ask it here. I am going to have surgery on my shoulder in a month and a half. I know how my rehab is going to be. And since I play baseball I know my rehab will be longer than your normal person's. Would you guys suggest me starting my soon to be cycle, a while after I am at 100%. Or start it sooner to help any? I planned on waiting until I was well at 100% and feeling great. But some guy at the gym yesturday was all, "man the juice will help you recover faster" I honestly don't think that! But to make sure he isn't right. I have to ask. Any thoughts would be good. Thanks.

Wait on your cycle. Rehab it the "right way." You probably have a ligament/tendon injury, therefore, juice will do nothing for you. It will strengthen the muscle faster, which will stress the ligaments/tensons before they are ready.

I don't know whats wrong with me yet, my scope to find out is next week. They know something is torn b/c nothing has healed with over 6 months of rest time! Thats why I am asking about the muscle tear.
