Hr fellas. Been at it hard for 9 months of bulking, 5 yr lifting altogether. Just finished up a 8 wk sust followed by 8 wk prop. PCT is just about done. I think I am do for some time off. You guys suggest a week or two? Didnt know if 2 was too much. Also can I do cardio during this time or train in MMA? I will be using clen again in about 10 days. I have been getting tired and unfocused. I already did chest today so I will finish up this week.
