example:
no AS - 1 time every 7 days
on AS - 1 time every 3 or 4 days
Hence that when on AS you can workout more.
Now I am probably wrong, can someone explain all this to me?
I agree with Bex, you should allow at least a week meaning seven days between working the same muscle to allow it to rest.
i think that everyone recovers differently on or off AS...if you feel good and strong lift it as many times a week that you need, but lifting 1 body part more than twice a week is kinda pushing it
