You should do moderate in the morning on an empty stomach for an hour. This will spare muscle from breaking down, and will use fat as a source for energy.
I'd say it depends on a bunch of things. How long are you playing for each time? How intense are the games? And how are you handling nutrition around the games? If you can suitably nourish yourself before and after, so that you're not depleting anything major, you shouldn't hinder yourself too much from making gains.Originally Posted by Snurtle1122
My personal opinion, is that i'd rather sacrifice a few lbs in order to play ball...it's just what i do. But if gaining mass is your #1 goal and you're willing to sacrifice...then, that's up to you.
