yesterday i went to do my chest at the gym.
i did 3 sets and my wrists and elbows just wouldnt
let me go on. the aching in my joints was
incredible. its only this past week
i have stopped taking glucosamine sulphate but
after that session i went out straight
away and got some more. do you think stopping glucosamine
was the problem and i should just crack back into it?
i always do warm up sets but have never had joint pain before when on
glucosamine. do you think i should trian light for a week until the
**** is back in my system then start heavy again?
im in week 9 of sust 250 aswel.(25 lbs gained so far!)
