What would be a good routine for someone coming back from a 3 year layoff?
I'm 24 6' 220. I was thinking I would do this 2x a week 4 exercise split for 5 weeks, than increase the number of days and exercises. Right now I just don't have the stamina to do more than 4 exercises. Also I'm only going twice a week right now until I get comfortable again in the gym and get organized with a routine. All exercises will be 3 sets reps of 10,8,6 all while increasing weight each set.

Bent over reverse flys
Barbell shrugs
Neck machine
Fri.
Squats
Leg curls
Seated rows
Wide grip lat pulldowns
Hows it look?
