Ive been reading this site for ages and ive noticed that american training seems to be a lot more volume and isolation based than what is recommended on most UK boards. Having never used AAS before i was wondering if this routine is up to scratch?
Monday - Legs
Back Squat 3x6
SLDL 3x5
Front Squat 3x6
Hanging leg raise 3x12
Wednesday - Push
Incline Bench 3x6
Military Press 3x6
Parrallel Bar Dip 3x6
Close Grip Bench 3x6
Friday - Pull
Deadlift 3x3
Clean Pull 3x6
Widegrip Pull up 3x6
Barbell Row (supinated) 3x6
Plate Pinch x3
