Going for Mass how many sets should I have in my bicep workout? I know theres probably not a definate answer, but what has worked for some of you guys going for massive bi's
10-20set is good.
I do maybe 2 sets of reverse EZ bar curls every other week. That's all.

I usually do around 8-10 sets depending on how I'm feeling. I try to keep rest time under 2 minutes. If I keep my rest time around 1 minute, I will get such an incredible pump that I keep my sets lower. But if I rest around 2 minutes, I get less of a pump and usually do a few more sets.
I'll tell ya, I get such crazy bicep pumps sometimes, I can't even bring my hands to my face.
