hellow bro`s, i am 19 years old ive trained 3 years ago for 2 years and stopped for a year and now am back since 3 month, i am 210 pounds, i got some body fat, my mass is the same when i stopped working out but i have more fat now, whats the best exercise way to cut and is it better to do light wieghts and feel the sour in the muscle, about the diet i know that i should eat low carbs and high protien my arm length is 43cm and my waste is 109cm.thanks alot![]()
