Chest question>>>
OK, lets try this one:D When I flex my chest it seems I have a weak spot about in the middle of each pec twards the center...My chest workout will be below. Any suggestions
Flat bench 4 sets of 6 max weight
Incline bench 4 sets of 10
Decline 4 sets of 10
pec dec 4 sets of 10

try a different formation in your pec-deck exercise...flex;squeze!! at peak concentration.....that should do the job.....and another thing that will help alot is to add or substitute close-grip bench press in your tricep workout........thats great for the middle of the chest..

Narrow your grip on the barbell and see what happens !.
Also hit DB flyes and or cable X-overs. If you have the cables give each rep a huge squeze at the top of the rep.
