Cardio while you lift?
How do you guys feel about mixing cardio with lifting? What I mean is, for the past couple weeks, I have drastically cut the time between my sets, and have found that I can get my heart rate in my target range, and keep it there for most of my workout. I sweat an assload, and feel like I just got a killer workout. Will this negitively affect strength gains or anything?

if your just going for strenght you should be ok
some cardio is good . if what you are doing is not effecting your
gains stick with it, everyone is different.

Cardio is needed to keep your muscles hard. Also helps to prevent the quick acid build up.
