A little background on me and my plan.
6'1" 200lb, played football and baseball in college, starting to get back into the lifting routine. ive been lifting for around a year again, just makeing sure I have good form and make every set count.
Im planning on starting a bulking phase within the next few weeks.
I have testerona 4L-A, I know it may not be the best, but It's whats readily available whenever I want. Im planning on 250mg first week, then 500mg throughout the phase, then back to 250mg the last week, I have 3-10ml bottles for now. My diet is pretty solid, 6 small-medium sized meals all including good carbs and alot of protein, i got over 250g a day of protein.
I want to do a 2 day split, upper/lowerbody, heavy/medium weight
Ample warmup and stretch is included!!
Monday upper body:
Flat bench: pyramid (10-8-6-4-2)
Incline bench: 4 x 6-8
barbell shoulder press: 4 x 6-8
close grip bench 4 x 6-8
dumbell pullovers 4 x 6-8
skull crushers : 4 x 6-8
dumbell inclie flies: 4 x 6-8
weighted dips: 4 x 6-8
tuesday lower body:
squats: 4 x 6-8
let extensions:3 x 8
stiff leg deads: pyramid
calf raises; pyradmid
pull ups: 3 sets of as many as I get
bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of a weight I can fail at 10
barbell straight bar curls: pyramid
Abs
Wednesday: OFF
Thurs upper body:
Barbell shoulder press: pyramid
bench: 4 x 6-8
Incline flies: 4 x 6-8
side lateral raises : 4 x 6-8
front raises: 4 x 6-8
rear delt: 4 x 6-8
skull crusher: 4 x 6-8
weighted dip 4 x 6-8
Friday:
deadlift: pyramid
pull ups: 4 x as many as I can get
bent over rows 4 x 6-8
leg curls: 4 x 6-8
leg extensions 4 x 6-8
calf raise: 4 x 6-8
barbell curls 4 x 6-8
Abs
I need some critique on this program. I have started yet, so, is there stuff I should change? is this workout too much, too little?
