By "sick" I assume you are alluding to "very good" "highly deffined" or "well endowed" abdominal muscles. This can only be achieved through strict diet and exercise. For Rangers, we do 15-17 minutes ab exercises. 30sec set of situps, flutter kicks, crunches etc and then right into another one. Try that 4-5 times a week. Oh yeah, dont forget to work the rest of your body becuase you will look stupid with ripped abs and flab the rest of the way.
I would like to get some of these diseased abdominal muscles as well... I think ill go to GNC and ask them what will get me totally shredded and buff at the same time.
