i had the same thing happen you have tendonitis other wise known as tennis elbow look it up on the net and learn about it. i went to the doc and they perscribed celebrex and i bought a tennis elbow brace and a week later GONE!!!! on the top of your fore arm before your elbow the muscles are attached to tendons which attach by the elbow the brace only goes over that area (do not get a full elbow brace) the reason for the pain is inflamation in the tendon. you can take motrin to relieve it but should go see the doc and ask for celebrex or mobic.
