lose my fat how?
hey can any of you guys recommend anything? ive working ou for about 6 hts now and imgettig results but im having trouble losing fat ive lost weight and now ive gaine some back but mostly in muscle form how can i lose my fat gut ive been diet ing

Diet and cardio.
Try doing your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If thats not an option don't eat for 2-3 hours before cardio and drink only water, then for another hour after cardio. Bring the cardio up to 30 minutes a day and things will shift.
Look at your diet too.
Then use some E/C/A and/or clen .

Bouncer has it spot on monitor what you are consuming than gradually atart cutting the cals even if it is by 200 a week it will yield results.

hey guys thanks for the advice im gonna keep on trying and up my cardio you guys think its ok to take my protein drink after my workout or should i just cut out the drink completely? remember im trying to lose as much fat as posible. do you think protein drinks afect my goal of losing fat?

It's important not to take ANYTHING in for 1 hour after your workout. Then take a good Carb/protein drink.
