    Eat right, get plenty of sleep, and work your ass off in the gym. If you are lacking in any of these areas, your strengh gains will be slowed tremendously! Take a look through the past threads. There is a shitload of different workouts to look at. Feel your way through, and try different things. Good luck bra!

    train heavy. i like west side when i'm on cycle, but the powermatrix is a nice general intro into pling as well.
