Abs?? How the hell?
Hi guys,
I have been training for a while, and I really try best to get abs and I have a 6'ish pack the type very faint when not pulling but pronounced with pulling (as long as I'm tanned ). the thing is, the abs are much wider than they are vertically sized, ie. like a rectangle. I would like to know how all those pro's, natural or not, get those absolutely massive abs (one of theirs is the just of like 3 of mine) and how they get them to be almost square shaped??

most of them have distended stomachs. the guy in my avatar, craig titus, has one of the worst distended stomachs i have ever seen

The shape of your abs is genetic. You get them ripped and they'll look fine. Most pro's have massive abs because of HGH and other gear.

Remember ya'll the abs are a muscle too and will grow if you work it. I don't do any ab work, I mean maybe once a week, and my abs are fine. I just have bad genetics and alot of volleyball makes my upper abs protude out. The sacrifices we make.. dammit..

The only way you can have a 6 pack is to drastically reduce the amount of fat on, and around, your stomach. I'm one to talk...I have a one pack!!

One situp a day, half when u get up in the morning and the other half when u go to bed! lol! Damn its going to catch up to me one day

ha ha I like that full. I used to do ab work all the time, and never could figure out why my abs never would go down, in fact, they would just protrude out like I had a belly, but when I took my shirt off all I had was stomach, but not fat. Just muscles that had grown, even with high reps. My muscles respond very quickly and grow very easily, therefore I had to cut out ab work all together now, I have to get my abs back, like Pete said, gotta loose that fat, and you can't just loose it in one area, the body has to burn fat randomly, so cardio cardio cardio and eat right.

Pete Im sorry to hear you only have a one pack. I like to think of mine as a keg. Like you Im working on it though.

hey nothing's wrong with a keg, i love kegs! lol. Just shit a lot. I can't help it i shit on average 4 to 5 times a day. I really works ur abs, u just gotta push hard
