I have been training for a while, and I really try best to get abs and I have a 6'ish packthe type very faint when not pulling but pronounced with pulling (as long as I'm tanned
). the thing is, the abs are much wider than they are vertically sized, ie. like a rectangle. I would like to know how all those pro's, natural or not, get those absolutely massive abs (one of theirs is the just of like 3 of mine) and how they get them to be almost square shaped??
