I don't really concentrate on hitting certain heads, 3 sets barbell curls, 2 sets alternate curls, one set ez bar, and that will get the job done
Try a wide grip barbell curl. This puts the inner head of the biceps on stretch, which puts more stress on it. However, I agree with the above post, no need to concentrate on certain heads. Elbow Flexion = Bicep Work
All exercises hit the entire bicep, but do what Hyper said use wide grip to target more effectively.
