Close grip/Underhand lat pulldowns help build lower pecs?
According to this website close grip and underhand lat pulldowns help build your lower pecs. Is this true? Has anyone ever felt it in their lower pecs by doing either of these two exercises? Has anyones lower pecs developed better since adding these to their routine?

No, what they are saying is that those muscles are also involved in the movement to a minor extent, but by no means are meant to help build or strengthen that muscle. If that were true, this says that declines flyes will help you build biceps: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...eclineFly.html
The primary movers (lats) will tire much too soon for the exercise to have any effect on the pecs.

Most pulldown exercises work the serratus as a secondary muscle, but i dont know about the lower pecs.
