stair stepper or that ladder thing 15 min then 15 min on the bike
2x's a week if its for a cutting cycle ill do 4 days a week
Fat loss is just math. 3500 calories = a pound of fat. So if you take out 250 calories a day from your diet and burn 250 calories a day on a run or stepper or whatever, you will loose 1 pound of fat a week (250 + 250 * 7 = 3500).
If I was dedicated and wanted to loose fat, but retain as much muscle as possible, I would run in the mornings hard and fast for 30 minutes, 3 times a week and workout at the gym 4 times a week.
If you want to run and workout on the same day, I would say run in the morning and workout at night.
Umm that thing that you run on.. what is it called.. oh yeah a treadmill. (drew a blank there for a sec). Normally I do 15 mintues, walk and running sometimes 30 wen I am feeling spunky, but honestly after my workout, I am soo damn tired.. so I usually can only do about 15 mintues..
bump cardio im trying to gain weight every calorie i burn is just more money im wasting in food
but if i start needing too i play basketball after i lift
i just cut out 300 cal and do 20 min of running the first week
next week cut out another 300 and do 30 min and so on, after i cut 1000 out i increase cardio as needed.

what kind of look, what r your goals, and do u use any AS.
i really dont have a high tech diet just eating about everything i can and taking weight gainer but trying to keep the fat from getting really high seems to be working fairly well though
i want to be about 230 i woudl guess 9% or so.and im working on it
What kind of weight gainer are u using. I hear that N Large 2 is pretty good u should try that and c if it is any better than what u have now.
i have just been using the weight gainer from GNC cause i took some stuff back but i just ordered some N-Large 2 off the net shouldbe here wednesday i odered 20lbs to try it out an friend of mine showed me a good site to get it off of.

6-3 208 not sure Body fat would guess 13 or so i dont really know dont care that much about that til i cut

i was gonna take some d-bol just about 25-30 mg a day for 8 weeks or so a friend of mine had good results off of it and my problem is i dont want to go with a sust or deca or anything with it cause i dont want to put on crazy weight and let my rents figure out what im doing cause i live out of town now so they dont see me very often so it might work doing it this way

dbol is good but i think it is all about the diet. I think the diet is where u make gains. I'm currently 220 10% I have only done one cycle of Dbol just like your friend. I used 25mg/day for 5 weeks and gained 18 lbs. I was 175 back n Sept. at 8%. I plan on doing anadrol/test for my next cycle. Then im goin to cut.
40 min in the a.m. 4days/wk. 20min in the p.m. 2days/wk. I run and walk, keeping my heartrate between 121-160.
5x per week 45min in am on treadmill, post workout 20-30min, 2 days are just 40min 1x, working pretty good so far. A lot depends on things like using t3 or not, gh or not etc.. etc...
bike or cross trainner 30min 4 days a week to keep in shape.
