I work the big muscle groups(chest, legs back shoulders) once a week.
While on AS, i hit the smaller groups(foreams abs, lower back arms) more often.

Once but I did twice for a while recently and it felt like I was over working my muscles. I took a 1 week break and my muscle developed faster than when I was workin hard.

I currently work them twice a week, okay sue me.. but I hate going to long my muscles tend to loose that Pump and (call me sick), but when my muscles are not tight and sore, I feel like I need to work them... my muscles heal soo freakin fast. I just can't grow like I want. Well I grow, but in the wrong direction.. LOL.. I normally used to not work a muscle group more than once a week, but with this new cycle I am starting in a few days, I want to see how my gains will be. I am just wondering if the As I will be takin will help me heal faster than I heal already? If so then I think I will need to work a muscle twice a week. I dont' know... ya'll don't make me be the only one, someone else say they work a group of muscles twice a week.. pleeaseeee..

No worries bud - I do both. There are times where I work everything except abs/forearms and neck only once a week. Then every few months I will train everything twice per week with the exception of legs only once, I do that for about 2 months then return.

For years I used to work each bodypart twice a week and it worked really well but I've changed to hitting each bodypart only once a week now. The bad thing about hitting each muscle twice was that I had to include more bodyparts into each workout. It made it tough to train my tri's fully after doing chest and delts first. By doing each bodypart only once enables you to put more effort into those bodyparts that you used to train last in your workouts before.

I used to workout two/three groups in one day, and only leave about 3-4 days rest in between. I had been doing that for two years, and quite frankly, i had been getting very good results, and looking bigger and bigger as time progressed. However, recently, I have changed to working out 2 mucles groups in one day, and leaving a good 7 days rest inbetween!!! Feeling great now, kinda feel the same as before, but I do sometimes feel better, more rested and stronger...so I guess this works better?!?!?

    Hmmm.....who knows
