    Weight lifting Reference

We have all seen the books out there that explain the proper form and execution for many exercises. I am wondering if any of you know if there is a solid reference on exercise form and execution. Either a book you know of, or maybe even a website where you can look for a body part and see all kinds of exercises you can do, how to perform them correctly, etc?

I am looking to throw some new angles into my workout.

    Thanks.

    arnolds book is good

your best bet is to ask some ppl at the gym look for the ppl using good form or some of the bigger older guys that have been in the game for a while

    Thanks,

I thought this was a nice site without having to buy a book.

I looked at Arnold's book the other day, but no hard copies available, ordering one off of Amazon.

blah if you talk to the trainer make sure he/she is certified
and has a few years under there belt
.. our YMCA out here just built a really nice gym top notch equiptment the works
then they turn around and employ part time high school kids
that stand around talking to there buddies , or on the phone
all the time, to train ppl or help ppl w/ exercises.

most gyms that i have been to asking there trainers about an exercise or how to do something is like asking the clerk at gnc for help or information on a product

catch one of the big dudes from your gym at the water fountian
and ask them for some advice . there big for a reason,
cause they know what they are doing.

I never really read arnold's book, but my friends brother has it and I looked at the whole book and it looked really good, there's so many exercises in. I mean there is alot. I'm about to go out and get it tomorrow as a matter of fact.
