my brother has some, he hasnt used them yet. i put them on the other day, i dont see any reason why they wouldnt help
i used them ocasionally when i played bball in H.S. they were alrite, good workout for the calves...didnt really see much muscle gains, but i did add a few inches on my vertical........and u have to use them right, if u just walk around with them on, or run with them on, wont do u much good.......they have exercises that they give u......
peace
Yup we used to use them, a few years ago, when we were playing VB pretty seriously. They work, but hell on the calves especailly if you do that workout that is recommended with them.
They work trust me. I know i've responded to a thread like this before so just do a search and I'm sure you'll find out what you need.

A friend of mine was looking for some vertical so he took an old pair of shoes and just taped 1-2 hockey pucks under the front part of the shoes and just walked around his house with these things on. He plays basketball and he swears that's the reason he now can dunk and he said his vertical did go up.
it should help, but dont expect any major changes by just wearing the shoes, it takes more than just wearing shoes to get the results it says the shoes will give you, but with the shoes and a good workout, they will be good.
I agree w/ russian. You have to train hard w/ them. The workout that comes w/ them is NOT easy. But if you stick to it you should get the results your after.

Do they work? From what I've seen, yes, without a doubt. I grew up with these twins, from about 6th grade on. They were always fairly short. In 8th grade, they started using strength shoes to get a higher vertical for basketball. By our junior year in high school, both could dunk a regulation basketball in a 10 foot goal. And both were right at 5'8. I'm 6'0 and can barely grab the rim. So I'm guessing they work.
