You can still rack up alot of calories without eating fat. I know it is kind of tempting to eat fat in order to make up for calories, but rice has alot of calories, and if you eat it with some chicken or fish, you get your protein calories too. Pasta is high in calories, but low in protein, so you could supplement that with some scallops which are really high in protein and low in fat. Basically in order to get the right calories, you have to combine things.
I read in your other post that you wanted to gain weight, and It sounds llike you got your wish, but it didn't turn out like you wanted. The best thing to do to tweak your diet is to go get a food counter book which lists the breakdown of thousands of food(I have to give credit to deisel for this idea), and then keep a journal of what you're eating every day. It puts things into perspective, makes it easy to keep track of things, and it will help you in planning your next meal.
By the way, I'm giving the tuna and relish a shot in a little while
tuna is sweet relish is great!! i eat it all the time!!
