Seated Calf Raise
How much does your gym's seated calf raise machine hold? I'm looking to buy my gym a new one because their's simply can't hold enough weight to be useful anymore.
So...how much?

the one at my gym holds roughly 6 plates i think ?? tryin to visualize in my head

The one i my gym holds somewhere between 6-8 plates. Its either 3 or 4 plates on each side.

6-8 plates sounds about right, they are all pretty standard.

Aboot why not get one or two 100lb plates?

i jerry rig the smith machine for my seated calves so i guess about 5-6 plates a side.

I chain on more weight for the donkey calf raises. Havent maxed out the seated calf raise yet. IT holds 8
