How is my routine
I go 5 days a week
one muscle a day i dont do legs becasue i play a lot of basketball
and cardio so i figure that makes up for some of it
each muscle i do about 6 different things 3 sets 8-10 reps i tryto
go heavy on what im doing.
Im thinking about going heavier and dropping the reps down to 6-8

To be honest im not sure
i want to get a lil more cut up
and i do want some size i guess im trying to
find a happy medium

check these 2 posts they talk about what # of reps do what
your trying to find a "happy medium" thats gonna be a lot of trial
and error, constant change up of your exercises to find what works best for what you want to do
there are a lot of workouts posted on this board check them out
and put something togeather that you like.
back to your orig question goto 4 sets 4-5 different exercises at 8-10 reps

if go to 4 sets each 5 execises that will be 20 total
instead of the 6 3 i do which is 18
i like todo a lil bit of everythign at the gym i feel like i have to hit every part of the muscle im workin on and some people tell me i might be overtraining so i dont know what to do im happy with my results im gonna juice soon but i kno it can also be helpful to chage up the routine
I do appreciate your help i been a member for a few hours and every ones been real cool and helpful i hope as i get better and learn more i can help other people out also
also how do i get a avatar
and how many posts do i have to get to move up my member ranking ??

right but go between 4-5 different exercises
some days i only do 4 sets and some days im just not happy and do 5 im looking for bulk so if i go really heavy ill just do 3 sets
but thats just me ive been lifting for over 5 years i know when my body needs more or has had enough.
you said your happy w/ your results if thats ture stick w/ what you are doing, if YOUR happy at the results YOUR getting thats all that matters. as far as the "juice" goes i cant say what to do here cause ive never done them.
