    Cramps Cramps Cramps!!

    ****, everytime I try to do more than one set of abs my stomach knots up and it hurts so **** bad. SO I decided to drink more water thinking that was the case hmmm nope. Then yesterday about 2 hours after a hard chest workout I picked up a bag and my peck became really tight and cramped up something terrible. Do I need more water or is it just fatigue.

    Try a magnesium/potassium/calcium stack.

    A lot of people think potassium alone will help, but it's the other two that really do the trick when water/potassium do not fit the bill. (Magnesium being the biggest contributor)

    i had a problem with cramps while i was on clen, potassium tabs did the trick.
