need help please pending breast sagging too
Hello , i wanna know if a womens breast that are pending or sagging can become firmer with weight training.
My girlfriend has lost a lot of weight and now here breast are pointing down big time, she look for an operation to correct this but it cost well over 7000$, she is at about 12 pounds of here goal weight.
If she does lots of chest work, bench press, flat flyes decline stuff pec deck will this all help ????
Sorry this is a weird question but she really is obsessed with that.

Breasts are ....fatty tissue.The muscle lays underneath this.
Doing bench or any other chest work wont make them firmer.....sorry

well she has lost some size
Hi she has gone from 38d to 36c so i guess that if she trains harder and does bench press , decline presses it can help a little???
Doesnt muscle burn fat more efficiently????
And yes breast tissue is fat, but if she works the muscle under that fat layer she can maybe burn fat?

Yeah she will burn fat and I guess when you look at pro female BB they don,t have much breast but I,m not sure if that is b,c of any AS they MAY take.
Also they have very low b/f and the avg female will not get that and its not that healthy.
Can weight training make breasts firmer NO can they reduce in size through training YES and working the muscles does burn fat but apart from dropping b,f levels and they shrink you can,t do anything.

It sounds as though the skin is streched and even if she looses all the fat it may take a while for the skin to tighten up if at all. If she has strech marks that means the skin has been streched beyond its maximum elasticity and it may not tighten up.
