Hello , i wanna know if a womens breast that are pending or sagging can become firmer with weight training.
My girlfriend has lost a lot of weight and now here breast are pointing down big time, she look for an operation to correct this but it cost well over 7000$, she is at about 12 pounds of here goal weight.
If she does lots of chest work, bench press, flat flyes decline stuff pec deck will this all help ????
Sorry this is a weird question but she really is obsessed with that.
