Heart rate question
Im gonna start to do some cardio and i was wondering where i can find a heart rate monitor and how do i know at which rate i should keep my heart at?? Thanks

There's a listing. I think I have an A3 - not shown. It was 40 bucks. Think I got it online actually b/c everything's cheaper online. Shows you the heart rate on the watch. Displays the average heart rate after you're finished. The more expensive ones allow you to store sessions and do a few more extra things, which really isn't necessary.

What's up with that avatar?? All good I hope but anyways to figure your MHT is 220-age. THR should be 60%-75%. Higher may be too catabolic in nature..
