How many sets per exercise should i be doing for each bodypart, to make sure that i dont overtrain ? and also is it okay to put rear delts in with my back routine.

i would say 4 exercises per body part and change em every two weeks. i personally would do rear delts on shoulder days.Originally Posted by Blackster1975
