when doing hammers ...would it be better to do these on an incline? also should u do them one arm at a time or together. and last do u go through a full range on motion..all the way down all the way up or do u stop at a certain point?
thanks

Best exercise i ever did was slightly-inclined hammer curls, one arm at a time, full range of motion, pyramid it, 3 sets, do 50lbs dumbbells for 6 reps each, then 40 lb dumbbells for 6 reps each, then 35's till failure. Made my brachs stand out like champs.
I just do standing as incline has more effect on the bi's then the forearm brachioradialis if that is what you are doing the hammers for. One at a time full ROM slight angle not straight up & down with no body momentum(if you are then you have too much weight, that muscle/s are not real huge remember). As another option use the cable rope as it keeps constant tension one of my favorite.
Standing one-arm at a time with full ROM~
along with dumbell hammer curls i like to grab a rope and do the rope hammer cable curls those are good as well
