chest!!!!
well I need help. I have been working out for about 2 years now and I have always seen steady gains. the problem I have been having latley is that my flat bench and my max weight on the flat bench have not changed in over 5 months!!!!! my dumbell bench and everything else I do for my chest workout has gone up but not the flat bench!!!??? I need some advice??? and yes I have tried switchin my routine around and nothing is helping.....
any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Get somone to help you do some forced reps and negatives...That will sort it out.
