sets?
how many sets per body part? i lost my documents
12-14 sets per chest/back/
6-10sets for shoulders?
12-14sets for legs??

are you pyramiding? 10-8-6-4-2-2-4-6-8-10?
you can just stick w/ 5 sets 1 set being warmup and then 4 working sets

for some exercises i do 10-8-6-4 4sets and others i do 6-8 4sets

just do what feels comfortable for YOUR body
the most common is 4 sets per exercise

again thats gonna be determined by your body i usually go of that uncomfortable pump where your chest or arms feel like there gonna explode if you move wrong
12-16 sets = 3-4 exercises at 4 sets per exercise i would say would be the bare minimum
