Before training i eat breakfast:
6 Eggwhites
2Yolks
90g oatmeal
20g Protein Powder
3dl milk
4dl orangej uice
After my workout i have
60g oatbran
60g proein powder
5dl milk
And an hour later i have
150g steak
90g rice
5dl oranjuice
+vegetables
peanut butter and banana mix
you should keep it simple before you train. if your body has to digest a large amount of food, it can make you weaker for your lift. i usually eat a meal 2 hours before training and then an orange immediately before
Before my workout i eat a basic high calorie meal and after i workout i have a shake and as much food as my stomach can hold.Because all the food goes straight to the muscles after workout
I do not eat at least an hour before a workout. I usualy eat something that is complex carb and protein. After always a protein shake.
Morning Breakfast-4 eggs ( 2 whole, 2 whites)
Grits or oatmeal
Toast
Drink water during the workout followed up by a protien shake after working out.

i never eat whole eggs? i heard bad for chosteral etc is this true or im i just mistaken.
for me i try not to eat at least two hours befor i work out. But i try and eat a hight carb / calorie diet. after i have a protein shake and then a nutra grain bar
