Ok i'm 6'8 and i wana get big ??? Ok this is the deal i'm 6'8 252 pounds. i have some exp in lifting about 2 years off and on, but know i'm 100% commited to geting hug and i'll do whatever it takes to get there. But i need a work out plan and diet that works for me and my hight, seeing how most workouts and diest have been geard for the norm, ANY IDeas would be grat NEED THE HELP

Meal 2: Shake about 60 gr whey pro
Meal 3: 1 or 2 Chiken or 2 can tuna with apple 16oz water rice
Meal 4: Shake about 60 gr
Meal 5: 2 chiken, cup of mixed veg, a potato or sirving of posta glass of
milk.
Meal 6: befor work out shake about 30 min befor
Meal 7: after work out shake with chiken our whatever i can find
