    Question how should your workout be coming off steroids??

    Let's say someone finished their cycle like yesterday. how should they lift?? the same as while on AS?? or lighter??

    like yesterday??? i'm still liftin the same. why not ??? still trying to get bigger, just gear gives me that extra edge.

    Always lift the same, which means destroy your muscles everytime you workout. No pain no gain.
