MMM maybe you need to up your intensity or maybe some more sets! Peanut butter skippy I heard was a great protein source along with all that hydrogenated oils. Taste better than natural peanut butter anyways!
I agree with B. Thunder... Just need to train harder and longer and be sure to never vary your exercises and never take a day off from benching. Don't worry about your legs either. That is a commom mistake, people think that you need to squat...not so.

sounds like you are overtraining bench and bi's everyday is crazy. You only need an hour each session. Sounds like you are neglecting your legs. Remember doing legs increases gh allowing your upper body to grow also.
