Just wanted you guys to check out this ab workout I have been doing. It works like a superset with 10 second breaks in between. Just wondering how often do you think it should be done. Here it is:
Crunches without shoulders hitting the floor, 30 reps, rest 10 sec, 20 rep, rest 10 sec, 10 rep, rest 10
Leg raises, 30, 20, 10, all with 10 second rest in between
Bicycle, same as above
Side bends/oblique crunch, 30, 20, 10 each side.
Thats about 240 reps per workout, sometimes I double it. How often do you think it should be done?
