how many times u do them a week??? maybe try every other day or every 3 days. and like they said lose some bf
u need to get in the 10% range for them to be defined
Abs are a matter of proper diet and cardio. Regardless what the late night infomercials say. You have reduce your overall bodyfat for them to become visible (around 8% to 10%).
