it's funny that this is here, cause i was gonna post this same exact thread the other day...i cut out splits whenever i see them in a magazine and i put them in a folder, then i pick a new one out every 6 weeks or so anyway here is mine...........

5.shoulders/traps
6.off
7. repeat day 1
i do abs eod, and the same w/ calves
Sun: Rest
Mon: Quads / Hams / Calves
Tues: Chest / Tris
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Back / Traps / Calves
Fri: Shoulders / Bis
Sat: Rest
How does this look guys? Thinking of making is my permanent split
Mon - Chest/Tri's
Tues- LEGS
Wed- OFF
Thurs - SHoulders
Fri - Back Bi's
Sat- OFF
Sun - OFF or repeat (depending on how i feel)
Mon- Repeat
Basically I want to have a day off after my leg day...
