Just want the opinions from some peole out there. I am trying a different approach to cardio, and I wanted some opinions.
I am slpitting cardio into 2 sessions. One in the morning on an empty stomach for 30 mins and one at night after workout for 30 mins. My previous approach was 45 mins every morning on an empty stomach. Just trying to change it up a bit, and I wanted to see if anyone else has tried this and what the results were.
