can you get a full workout with only 2 days a week
i have no problem getting to the gym 2 days a week, mon and wed, can a person get everything done and still have good results working out only 2 days a week... if this can't be done could u let me know? if it can be done then could u guys recomend a good order of thing s for me ? thanks a lot im loving this board learning more everyday !!

You gotta workout atleast 3 times a week, JMO, and not more than two muscle groups per-workout
