In all honesty I don't find a belt helps that much.. I would suggest swoles routine since it allows you to use lower weight yet still blast your legs! Using the lighter weight also allows your to hit proper form! I like to take a deep breath and hold it until I am at the bottom of the squat, I find that this fills my rib cage and offers support! I had a lot of problems with dipping down at the lower portion of a squat, and this hurt my lower back and I still do it a bit when going heavy. I have found that working on my breathing has helped along with looking up!! But don't give up, your lower body teachs your upper body to grow
